Section IV : The invitation tenders comprises two steps
1- Technical step

-Submissiveness established in three (03) copies which one (01) original and two (02) copies accompanied by pieces required by the present foreword, must be sent by post or set down to the General Office of Order under duplicate seal fold to the bellow indicated address:

„hƒ¡ Candidates will be requested to hand in a technical offer without price indication

„hƒ¢ All variants that the tender wishes to propose and their technical proof.

„hƒ¡ The technical offer must be sent to the address mentioned above, under double sealed and anonymous cover.

„hƒ¡ The closing date of the technical offer receipt is fixed to 45 days from the release date of the present tender in the BAOSEM. The seal of the General Office of order is valide.

„hƒ¡ Tenders will remain committed by their tender during 180 days from the closing date of submitting technical tenders.

TECHNICAL OFFER AT THE FIRST STAGE DO NOT OPEN
