The company was set up in the year 1996, primarily, to
manufacture Automotive Seating Systems and Automotive Interior
items.

In the year 1998, The company has collaborated with Saporiti
Italia Gidatex. Srl of Italy for the manufacture of their
designer home furniture. Saporiti Italia is one of the European
leaders in the world furniture industry for over fifty years
now, having a global network of showrooms across major
countries. The company manufactures and sells the Saporiti
Italia-designed various models of furniture, in India, under the
brand-name “PINNACLE-SAPORITI” through its twenty-three
exclusive network of showrooms across seventeen major cities in
India, including Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Baroda, Mumbai, Cochin,
Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, New Delhi, Ranchi, Indore, Mysore,
Nashik, Raipur, Lucknow, Nagpur, Kohlapur. It does also export
of its furniture products back to its collaborators in Italy.

The company is the first and only Indian Company with whom
Saporiti Italia has a manufacturing tie-up.

The company is the first and only Furniture Manufacturing
Company, in India, to have achieved the status of ISO-9002
accreditation awarded by DNV of the Netherlands in the year
2000.

The company has acquired QS-9000 Certification from DNV of the
Nether Lands for its Automotive Seating Systems Division, in the
year 2003.

The company has complete in-house facilities to manufacture its
range of furniture products, which comprise Fabrication Shop
with CNC Bending and CO2 Welding Lines, Polyurethane Foam
Cushion Plant, Seven-Tank Pre-Treatment and Powder-Coating Plant
and Furniture Assembly Shop, including Upholstery Stitching and
Finishing Lines. It also has testing facilities. Its employees
have been well-trained both in Italy at its collaborator’s
factory in Italy as well as, here, in India by its
collaborators. These facilities are well supported by its
in-house design facilities, where it has installed the latest
design software in IDEAS-3D and AutoCAD handled by
well-qualified Engineers. Its overall company operations are
monitored through SAP/ERP system.

In the year 2003, Callow & Maddox Ltd of Coventry, United
Kingdom, which is a leading Automotive Seating Systems supplier
to MG Rover, Land Rover, Mercedes, Lear Corporation, Johnson
Controls, Faurecia, Intier, Honda, etc., has selected The
company for outstheircing its requirement of fully stitched
Automotive Seat Covers, as also, the after-market seats. The
export-supplies to them have already commenced.

In the month of January 2004, The company has formed a
cooperation with Vogelsitze GmbH of Germany—which is a
world-leader in Bus Passenger Seating Systems and Railway
Seating Systems designing the manufacturing—for manufacture of
their various models of Bus Passenger Seats, in India.
On 4th February 2005, The Company has signed a
technical manufacturing agreement with a famous company of
France for manufacture and export-supply of various types of
upholstered furniture products as per their specifications.
